Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Sullivan was born and was raised within Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pam Her mother, who is an ex-backup singer at Philadelphia International Records. In the early age of five, her father was appointed as the curator of the Strawberry Mansion Section. Her family moved later into this historical house. In 2005 she graduated from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts as an alumnus in vocal music. Sullivan began singing as a contralto in the youth choir and after a couple of years, she joined the adult group. He was exposed to secular music but was initially limited "I was doing solos in the church, and I was asked to go on the gospel label at age had turned eleven, however I wasn't prepared to sign that contract," she recalls. Elliott produced several of her songs, including "Backstabbers" the track that was written by Timbaland.
